The visual language behind the parcel tracking experience of one of Europe's largest delivery networks. The core task was one consistent language across every touchpoint: phone, web, and the couriers' handheld devices. That's where the modular system came from – rounded, reusable blocks and simple 3D illustrations, now the foundation of the wider design system, with components reused across all of them. Proven in Germany, now rolling out across other European markets.
