A year-long redesign of a German work-management SaaS, brought in by one of the founders. Years of patches had left it inconsistent and support-heavy. I reworked the information architecture end to end: navigation, task, project and document flows, the dashboard, now role-based, and a streamlined mobile version, so the product explains itself instead of leaning on support. Rolling out step by step.
